Proud but humble

James has now figured out how to play peekaboo with his blankie...Soooo cute! And so smart for a 5 month old! Says his mom....

Ok here goes....

This is my first attempt at blogging. I don't start anything that I can't finish, so, there are a lot of things that I've never done and never will do. Like scrap booking. Scrap booking is too much of a commitment on my time, money, and space. It's not cheap, and HELLO....2 pictures per page??? (sorry scrap bookers, I'm just not feelin' it).

I love journals. I usually have at least 5 blank ones around the house at any given time. I'm not so great at writing in them every day, but when I do, I have to go back to the last entry and write what happened after. I can't start with today. I have to preserve the continuity. Thats why I only write in my journal on long trips, but then my handwriting starts to suck if I'm in a hurry and have a lot to write. I'm hoping I'll have better luck with a blog. No messy handwriting. But that doesn't mean I'm giving up on my journals. All 5+ of them!
