I've never been to a high adventure activity. This was my first one, and it was pretty great. I had originally wanted to take the girls camping at Assateague, but, I was outvoted, and this turned out pretty good too.

| We had different soldiers from the stake meet us at each monument, and talk to us about the history of the church and our country.....this particular soldier is also James special primary teacher...he's the best :) |

| After we were done, we drove to a swanky hotel at the National Harbor and stayed in a couple of large3 bedroom suites overnight. The next morning we drove to Great Falls park in Virginia and made a pancake breakfast and did some hiking and camp training. |
