We Have A New Hobby

Some friends took us to Six Flags last year. It was a whole new experience for me and most of the kids. Savannah had come once, with her school class and rode a few rides, and Tom had been to other parks but he hadn't been to this one, but, the rest of us had never even seen a roller coaster before. We now have a new hobby :) We got season passes this year and have really been enjoying them.

My kids wanted to go on the Sky Coaster. For those who don't know, it's kinda like bungee jumping. They hoist you up, then you pull the cord and fall. My friend offered to pay for anybody who wanted to go. They went in groups of three. Her two boys and Rayzel, and then her, Nana and Jack. Yes, Jack went willingly.....even after watching other people go. Rayzel, who won't ride the Superman, went. I told her it was way scarier, but, she didn't care.

More Of The Things You See......

 James is very comfortable getting into to food at other peoples houses....and he eats his bananas from the bottom up......

 I've never seen anybody pin sunglasses on a decorative strawberry before.....

 I've always been a fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...apparently not as big a fan as this guy though.....

 Yes, this is a wasp eating a worm on the inside of my car door....yeah, he was HUGE.....he actually flew in with the worm after I opened the door.......

 Baby ducklings crossing a very busy street....yes, I stopped traffic by blocking the entrance with my car until they got to the other side.....

Getting to the other side....when they got there, the mama duck hopped up on the curb, and waited, but the baby ducks just stood there....they couldn't get up....not sure what happened after.....

 My brothers name....boy that is a lot of Allens....

He drove in with the back of his truck open like this...that is a LOT of gas cans.......when he saw me take a picture, he closed it up and drove away without filling up any of his gas cans....strange??

 Meltdown! He had a double ear infection so we ended up leaving on Thursday night so that I could get him into the pediatrician on Friday morning...poor baby....

 Bit twice by the same weird bug...my whole ankle swelled up....
